The Renault Car Club of Victoria this year celebrates its 54th year, making it one of the oldest Renault car clubs in the world. The club was founded on June the 29th, 1953 by an enthusiastic band of Renault 750 (4CV) owners who arranged a group drive to Point Leo.
From this event the Renault Car Club of Victoria was born.
The club’s first year membership was 63, and the club has steadily grown over the years, with memberships fluctuating to a current membership of around 160.
The club, wanting to take part in motor sport events, became CAMS affiliated in 1958 and during the 1970’s the RCCV was the dominant force in Victorian club motorsport.
The club has members with a wide range of interests which are reflected in our club functions which include:

-Picnics and BBQ’s
As well as many other fun activities for either the individual or the family.
